Product Designer

We are looking for a talented and creative Product Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to the design direction of our cloud services, and help shape user experiences that align with business goals. Your focus will be on designing intuitive, impactful, and innovative solutions for both web and mobile applications.

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create seamless, user-centered designs.
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and prototypes using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a consistent design system.
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and perform usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate on defining UX strategies that meet both user needs and business objectives.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on the work of other designers.
• Support design handoffs to development teams, ensuring clarity in design specifications.
• Continuously improve design processes and workflows to increase efficiency and impact.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and industry standards.
• Advocate for a user-centered approach in all aspects of design and development. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• 3-5 years of professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects and processes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with design systems and consistent design practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and user-friendly designs.
• Understanding of basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• A passion for continuous learning and growth in design.
