Senior Cloud Product Manager

Our teams at Sotoon work closely with our customers and try their best to find the matching solutions for their problems.

As a member of the product team, you bridge the gap between the real world and the world of engineering by helping the team learn about the business aspects of their products and what makes customers happy. Working closely with the technical team, you’ll need to have a technical background so you can show us which way to go. You’ll also work with a wide variety of people including people from marketing, operations, accounting, engineering, etc.

What you will do:

• Break down problems into small actionable steps and keep product development moving fast and agile to achieve our long term goals
• Build consensus over product road-map and quarterly goals based on the company's long term strategy.
• Create design concepts and work closely with engineers to implement and iterate on product features.
• Prioritize user stories and help the team with finding the best technical solutions for the problems at hand.

• More than 3 years experience in Product Management or Software Engineering or related fields.
• Aligning the product strategy with business goals, crafting company-level strategy, evaluating growth options, assessing new opportunities, and identifying bottlenecks.
• Removing complex roadblocks, aligning with stakeholders, focusing on the roadmap and product strategy, holding KPI reviews, being accountable for end-to-end product experience.
• Experience with building Internet products and technologies.
• Experience with designing products to launch.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering or at least one year of working experience as a software developer
• Great communication and leadership skills.
• Familiar with AI and Cloud services and industry
