Senior Sales Expert

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Expert to join our team and lead B2B sales efforts with mid-size to large enterprise clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands the technology landscape, enjoys building strong relationships, and can guide organizations through complex sales cycles.

You will be working closely with our internal product and technical teams to shape solutions based on each customer’s needs, helping them achieve their goals using Sotoon’s services.

Responsibilities

  • Build long-term relationships with key clients and act as their trusted point of contact.
  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to closing and account growth.
  • Understand each client’s business challenges and propose customized cloud-based solutions.
  • Work with Sotoon’s technical and product teams to design and present solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and lead contract negotiations.
  • Keep sales records and forecasts up to date in CRM tools.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the needs of businesses in the Iranian market.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in tech or cloud services.
  • Strong background in consultative selling and managing long, multi-step sales processes.
  • Good understanding of cloud services and how they support business growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially with technical and business decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools for tracking sales activities.
  • Experience working with mid-sized and large enterprise clients.
  • Background in technical sales, solution design, or sales consulting.
  • Familiarity with the sales needs of technology-driven companies.
